Mustafa himself is alright, the staff were alright.
I got charged extra for my hair length which is on the shoulders and I believe the HQ needs to change the descriptions to be more specific about the length (in cm). There's no on the shoulder option and "under the shoulder" can be subjective.
This is not the first or only branch I've been to, I know they do drinks. However, I noticed that this isn't automatically offered- you have to ask for it. I'm not sure why but this needs to change
