I have to say the manager was completely inflexible when I had to move my appointment - over the 48 hour policy - this due to a very sudden work commitment because my boss had been rushed to hospital on a ventilator !! I wasn’t allowed to move it to a time where I could come in. Instead she moved it to a time where I had to leave work in the middle of the crisis. I had booked in 6 weeks prior knowing I could come in! I understand the policy sometimes it cannot be helped!
