I booked a Ladies Long Cut & Blow Dry. On arrival, a female stylist looked at me then refused my appointment because she “doesn’t cut men’s hair”, leaving me feeling singled out and, as a visibly queer person, it felt discriminatory and deeply humiliating. Ismail then ignored my wolf cut reference photos and brief that was discussed at length and delivered a completely different cut. His repeated sexual jokes were also unprofessional. Hugely disappointing. I left feeling profiled and unwelcome.

Haifa was so lovely and welcoming. The hair wash and head massage were such a treat. She is a real pro, she knew exactly what I wanted and she did it perfectly!! even better than I imagined it to turn out.
