Very disappointing. I’ve always booked medium hair here, but this time I was rudely told my hair was “extra long” and charged more. It wasn’t the £10—it was the confrontational attitude and poor customer service. Won’t return.

Yeshi was nice and all, but she brushed my hair very aggressively when it was still wet to could physically feel the bristles ripping through my strands and damaging my ends. You’d think a hairdresser would know better than to be so rough when brushing dry hair, and that they would take the time to brush gently. Definitely didn’t feel like a pampering, but rather rushed and I’m actually worried it did more damage than good. Don’t recommend her.
