My first impressions: not very welcoming & very cramped. Despite my hair just touching my shoulders I was charged an extra £5 for "long hair". But the stylist himself was kind, supportive and gave a really good cut, style and head massage.

I went in for a hair treatment and hair cut through treatwell which was supposed to be half price at £61! Absolute joke. The hair treatment lasted 3 minutes (one I could do myself at home) the salon was dirty. When I challenged the cut she just carried on doing what she wanted. I did not get what I asked for and my hair looks no different to when I went in apart from some strange cut to the front. I think I could have done the treatment and cut myself. Will never go back or use treatwell again.
