My experience was good, it was NYE, it was very busy as expected, service was good, my stylist was friendly and polite. I got a glass of Prosecco complimentary. The only upsetting thing was that my hair completely dropped out after leaving the salon within 20 minutes, my friend had to curl my entire hair, for £50 i was very disapointed.
