Really disappointed, especially as a loyal customer. I paid a significant amount to have my greys covered, but after only ONE wash they were already clearly showing through. I had been out of town, so I contacted the salon a few days outside their 10-day policy. Despite explaining that I had only washed my hair once, they refused to correct the colour unless I paid again. They offered a free hair mask instead, which obviously doesn’t fix failed root coverage. Very disappointing service

I'm currently on holidays from Australia and wanted a wash and blow dry. Booked this place because of their fabulous reviews and distance from our hotel and I was so happy! Samira was so lovely and my blow dry exactly how I get it back home. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Oh and so well priced!

Not a great experience at this salon unfortunately. Appointment was late by 30 mins & not with the stylist I had booked with. I had to keep ask for time updates. My trim was uneven in length, meaning I had to book elsewhere incurring more cost.
