Had an amazing haircut thanks to Raluca, she was genuine, helpful, and gave great advice on length and style. However, the receptionist’s attitude was disappointing. She was rude and insistent on charging extra, using misleading hair length descriptions on the salon page to justify it. I’d read a similar review before visiting but didn’t expect it to be this bad.
