Horrendous. Seham was rude and terribly incompetent: she poured shampoo into my eye and did not even apologise. She has extremely long and sharp nails (you can imagine the hygiene level…) so continuously scratched my face and irritated my scalp. She was obviously not in the mood for work, so she rushed the haircut: 20min including the shampoo for very long hair!- the booking was for 45min. Result: the right side of my hair is visibly longer than the left side, and every hair has its own length.

Campbell was amazing! She was very knowledgable, talented, friendly, understanding, and very professional. I had not done anything to my hair for more than 20 years and I was nervous. Campbell had such an empathy and she was so enthusiastic to give me the best possible experience. She shaped my very long hair with caution and explaining every step before she proceeded. The result is I am loving my new hair! I will certainly go back and would recommend Gusto hundred percent. Thank you Campbell.
