I had an absolutely terrible experience at Gusto Hairdresser on Oxford Street. I went in for a balayage, cut, and blow-dry, and the result was beyond disappointing. I showed the hairdresser the exact color I wanted, yet my hair looks like it hasn’t even been dyed! There is no visible change in color whatsoever—what was the point?
On top of that, I also got a haircut and a blow-dry with curls, and the curls didn’t even last an hour! By the time I got home, my hair was completely flat. It’s shoc
