I had a great experience! Raluca was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She took the time to talk me through all my options and made sure I felt confident in my choice. What really stood out was how kind and uplifting she was – I walked in feeling a bit down, but she truly cheered me up with her positive energy and genuine conversation. I left not only loving my hair but also feeling so much better overall. Even got free hair treatment 🤩 Highly recommend!
