Not a good experience. Salima didn’t listen during the consultation, sold products to me a lot which made me feel pressured and not relaxed. Whenever I brought up something I wasn’t happy with my hair, she was argumentative and trying to prove me wrong till I backed down and just accepted it, rather than listening to me and trying to help fix it. Left my appointment with Salima on the verge of tears, it was rushed and my hair smelt bad after and was choppy.

My highlights were not made anywhere close to my root- it looks like I have awful regrowth. They are not straight and not enough product was applied so in some places it's patchy and orange.
The sections were too big and the parts that are highlighted do not blend with the rest of the hair. The colourist was also not confident and should not be dealing with blonde hair. I did not want toner but a colourist should know how to work without toner
