I didn’t book with the stylist I got, noone explained why. She was very rough with my head / hair & kept catching my earrings. Didn’t really listen to what I asked for, was in the middle of doing someone else’s hair at the same time. It’s really sad as I come here often & always leave feeling great, even worse that this was for my own birthday meal & I had flicky curly hair. It was just disappointing compared to previous visits.

Lisa is so wonderful and friendly, and incredibly talented. I went in with a few examples of what I was wanting, and came out with a cut and restyle that was even better than I imagined. The whole team are super lovely, and there's a great vibe throughout. Will absolutely be going back again.
