I asked for just straight, nothing out of the ordinary and the chair went down so far that I couldn't see what was happening to my hair, I could just about see my eyebrows. Imagine then my surprise when I saw my hair had been flicked up like Jackie Kennedy in the 1960s. I was in equal parts confused and disappointed.

Lisa was amazing again! My highlights always come out the perfect tone. I have very dark brown, fine hair and the highlights are a soft blonde which has never turned brassy over time. She also has great (and affordable) product recommendations if you have specific hair concerns.
