I was nervous about getting my curly hair cut in London, but Ramona was amazing. From the warm welcome to the moisturizing treatment and expert cut, she understood exactly what I wanted. The blowout was incredible—I was over the moon!

This is my second time at the salon. They had bit of delay but warned me beforehand. I'd recommend going on weekdays rather than weekend.
