Without exaggeration, Venetia Campbell at the Oxford Street salon gave me the best highlights and cut i’ve ever had in my 4 years as a blonde. She completely understood and gave me exactly what at I wanted (brighter blonde overall and a bob just below my jaw)
I’ve got very thick hair and Venetia probably had to put about 100 foils in - but every single one was done with the utmost precision and care. I can’t stop smiling at the results - thank you so much Venetia I will be back soon!

Happy with the cut, my hair definitely feels in better condition. I had soft layers and long bangs. Was offered a coffee that never arrived. Be aware to bring a jumper as they leave the door open to do keratin treatments so it’s very cold.

Receptionist was rude. Appointment started 18 mins later than the arranged time, had nowhere to sit. She told me my stylist would be ready “soon” I mentioned I was running a little late (incase someone else could start the wash) she rolled her eyes at me and said “um ok he’s coming in abit”. The styling was ok, pretty much immediately dropped but was pretty at the time. At the end of the session I had to pick my coat up which was thrown on the floor of the coat wardrobe.
