Raluca was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time having balyage, and I was a little nervous. Raluca was so sweet. She listened to what I wanted and also had very helpful recommendations. I'm really happy with how my hair turned out.
Just a note for others - I knew that toner would be a separate charge from the balyage package, but based on other reviews of Gusto, I think this surprises some customers. I also opted to pay extra for Olaplex. Both of these I did at the venue.

Chopped too much hair and too roughly. The hair cut left some rough sharp ends instead of smooth ends.

Rosa was amazing! It was my first time getting a half head of highlights and she advised me on the entire process and kept checking in with me. Highly recommend getting your hair done at Gusto and by Rosa!
