They were perfectly nice and I’ve had good haircuts there before but the highlights were too blonde and not what I asked for. So I got them redone elsewhere the day after. I was also charged an extra £25 for toning when I arrived, which I understand but don’t know why this wasn’t included in the price initially.

Stella did an AMAZING job with my haircut. I initially just wanted minimal long layers until a colleague said the butterfly haircut would suit me. Stella explained the haircut and what she’ll be doing and I’m in LOVE with it! My hair has much more volume than before and she maintained the long length I wanted. Thank you Stella and the team for a lovely time! Was a great experience.
