I've been coming to Gusto for years and years, back when they were in Soho. At first Christina used to colour my hair and then Loddy but sadly both have left. I just needed a root colour and rough blow dry as I was time poor and didnt have time for highlights. The appointment ended up being twice as long as it should have and costing an extra £60 (a toner is £30 which is fine but the rest was the difference between 'long hair' and 'very long hair' which seems a bit wild to me).
