I visited Gusto (Oxford St) last week. The website, reviews and prices were excellent so I booked for a wash/cut/ blow-dry. Gusto sent
a reminder message on the day and Joseph was my stylist. He was the very best and gave me a brilliant cut which has been a hit with family and friends. He is a real professional and his touch is so light that you do not feel his hands as he works. The salon is small but efficient. A very pleasant experience and I will return. Thank you to all at Gusto. Gail

Stylist try to sell other services by trying to tell me how bad is my hair. Very cheap selling technique!
I have curly hair when she was drying my hair, I have asked her to use diffuser to my suprise she has said diffuser is a blow dry! She just needed to attach diffuser to dryer, how on earth diffuser is a blow dry. Any hairdresser knows curly hair need to be dry with diffuser. I had frizzy hair and had to stop her and leave salon with wet hair. It was worst haircut experience I have had
It was the first time ive got my hair cut in 3 years due to a bad experience. She was so attentive and made sure i was okay every step of the way. So good will definitely come again!
I was recommended to the salon by a friend and could not be more pleased. I accidentally booked for the wrong treatment and Serena made time in her day to complete the treatment I wanted. She gave fantastic visual representation of the colour she was aiming for and kept me involved throughout the process. I will be returning very soon!
