Serena was friendly and welcoming. She took her time to explain the treatment to me and with the actual application of the treatment. I paid twice as much for the same treatment in rush Watford and I felt they had no time for me and that the interaction was somewhat rehearsed - Gusto offered a personal experience and for half the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Serena in particular.
I have had my appointment moved twice by the salon which I agreed to, but wasn’t very convenient for me. The haircut was amazing. I was promised a partial refund because of the inconvenience of having to move the appointment, I have given my details. It’s been a week so I called the salon up to let them know I still haven’t received the partial refund - not a word of apology just that she will remind the owner. II would say that’s very poor customer service. Other than that, haircut was lovely
