The salon was very dirty and unhygienic! The receptionist was not welcoming and was just sat on his phone. The hairdresser rushed the process and I left with greasy, flat hair. She did not properly check if everything was level and got annoyed when I asked her to check it. Her nails were too long and kept scratching my face. Overall, worst salon experience I had.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Firstly, while the hairstylist was very nice, the hair colour I received was not what I had requested. Additionally, despite informing her twice that I was there for a haircut, she started drying my hair and had to be reminded again of the haircut.
There was also a lack of communication regarding the services I was to receive. I had booked a blow-dry, luxury treatment, cut, and highlights. However, I was unexpectedly charged an extra £80 for an Olaplex treatment and toner
