Very messy and cramped up salon. The haircut was average but the tools used were extremely unhygienic. The wash basin was covered in hair and not sanitised when I arrived for my haircut. The haircut itself was average but I was charged an extra £5 for having "extremely long hair" despite me asking for 2 cm to be trimmed off the ends. The overall experience was extremely underwhelming.

The salon was very dirty and unhygienic! The receptionist was not welcoming and was just sat on his phone. The hairdresser rushed the process and I left with greasy, flat hair. She did not properly check if everything was level and got annoyed when I asked her to check it. Her nails were too long and kept scratching my face. Overall, worst salon experience I had.
