She was great. Happy to please. BUT
They changed my appointment time which wasn’t great. And all 6 were busy so a bit cramped with the trolleys in between.
All in all the actual service was fine but too crowded and didn’t appreciate the time change as I had booked in advance and had to shuffle my day

Very messy and cramped up salon. The haircut was average but the tools used were extremely unhygienic. The wash basin was covered in hair and not sanitised when I arrived for my haircut. The haircut itself was average but I was charged an extra £5 for having "extremely long hair" despite me asking for 2 cm to be trimmed off the ends. The overall experience was extremely underwhelming.
