Truly the most amazing salon in Central London, literally opposite Selfridges so perfect for my weekend West End shopping trips. Always go for my blow dries and Anita is a masterclass with the hairdryer. Can't get much better!
Blow Dry
Booked in for 6:25pm & finally seen at 7:15pm. The stylist explained her earlier client had arrived and hour late - in which case they could have called to let me know.
I had booked in for a low cost, quick treatment so understand I was probably not a priority, in which case they should remove the option to book this treatment.
The receptionist was very rude, unapologetic and has left a very sour taste. I will most certainly will not come here again and do not recommend this place whatsoever.
