I usually come to this hair salon and never get disappointed.
However, this time was truly disappointing.
My appointment is at 2pm and I have waited until 2:30pm and I had to ask how much longer should I wait for my turn, as I could see the hairdresser continues to dye the hair of the customer.
Someone else washed my hair. Washing was nice and I had a head massage.
The haircut was done very quickly and overall it was not bad but I was not satisfied with the fringe. But felt not valued.

Loddy did an amazing job, the best balayage I've ever had! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10
