Honestly, I'm happy with the haircut but my stylist just had his airpod in his ear the entire time, zero conversation - just getting on it with it but it made me feel uneasy to say anything, i wasnt in the mood for a conversation but still felt alittle rude. Haircut was fine, i didnt ask for anything drastic. Didnt like that when i was leaving they wanted extra cash for "extra long hair" - not that a single person spoke to me about it prior or throughout the appt.

Final result was amazing but the experience was a little a bit chaotic.
Maria did a great job, exactly the length I wanted and the blow dry looked fantastic too. The experience itself was less nice. They seemed understaffed, everything felt a bit rushed. The hair wash was very quick, no head massage and the conditioner barely soaked (as you would usually expect at at a salon). They do not have height-adjustable chairs, so I had to stand during the cutting since my hair is too long.
