Haircut was alright nothing special however, the blowout was disappointing. The roots of my hair was damp. Pretty poor customer service there was loads of whispering on my arrival. The process was rushed and not welcoming. Overall it was one of the worst experiences ever.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Anisa (usually at the Soho branch) was at Gusto Bond Street on the particular day I had my hair done. It was an excellent (if a bit long) experience from start to finish and I felt fabulous walking out at the end of my appointment with freshly highlighted and cut hair. I highly recommend Gusto. I have been a loyal customer for about 8 years and don’t choose anywhere else!
