As someone who has now tried the Gusto Wigmore salon for the third time, I can rightfully say ladies DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE! There are better salons in central London that will give you a better quality experience and treat you 1000x better. The receptionist Taija will try and scam you to pay extra ££ every time. What it looks like from past reviews she does this to other customers too so be cautious.
Blow Dry
Veronica cut my hair ok, which was why it’s a 3, not a 0. She was abrasive from the start, said it actually costs £10 more than what I prepaid, treatment was meant to be well over an hour and it was done in 35 mins. No tea, head massage or products.

Was initially booked at the other salon at Marylebone but there was an issue and was sent to the one in Soho. The issue was resolved quickly and my request was accommodated. Blow dry was quick and very good. Staff are polite and very friendly.Thanks
