I wasn’t greeted when I first came in and was asked to sit down, without really any context on how long to wait for, etc. Appt started late for maybe 10-15 mins, which is ok just wish someone would let me know how long the wait is / the reason! Otherwise, lovely and fast haircut exactly as asked for, and rough dry is almost as good as blow dry (on my short hair at least)!

After having my hair highlighted for years, I wanted to try something else. I decided to try a root stretch and was very pleased with the results. My hair looks natural and healthy. The cut was great too, just what I asked for. Highly recommended.
