Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Left me waiting for 40 mins without updates. Eventually,highlights and cut all great. Receptionist gave me £15 discount. Stylist wants to put a toner. I tell him I don't normally have it and I wouldn't know which shade. He says "they probably put it but they don't tell you." When I'm leaving, he demans toner payment. I refuse as he not once said it was payable. He throws the pen on the desk, shouts at me that I'm "taking the piss". In front of customers. I leave my £15 "discount". Won't be back
