this was one of the best balyages I've ever had however the experience was soured by the fact that I was told I had to pay for additional treatments I didn't even know I was getting. As I tried to leave, I was told I must pay an additional £80.

I was running late, phoned about this in advance, was fine. Very welcoming on arrival and Venetia the hairdresser was amazing, very professional and friendly, she cut my hair well and blowdried it to a very neat look.
