Very happy with my blowdry and the quality of the service. The salon does seem to be understaffed and overbooked at times but everyone there is lovely and do their best to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable.
Blow Dry
Uncomfortable experience. Stylist said what I wanted wouldn't look good, and I should pay an extra £80 (on top of a pre-paid £90) for another service if I wanted it to. Asked if there was really no way for it to look nice, then encouraged to pay £50 extra for two toners - strongly implied otherwise I'd have a bad result - which I did out of concern she'd otherwise not try and do a good job. Girl washing my hair said she 'wanted to d*e' during. 3* as hair is fine, but stained my forehead w toner.

Was a little shorter than wanted in terms of cut, but very pleased with the blow dry and really friendly staff

The staff was very nice. Lisa was incredibly skilled and attentive to my preferences. The colour came out as I wanted. Would recommend to anyone!
