I didn’t get the relaxing hairdressing experience I hoped for, I’ve never been in and out of a hairdresser so quick. I was taken straight to the basin, no chat. I had wash, condition (don’t recall the treatment I thought I was getting and paid for), cut and blow dry in about 30 minutes. But I was happy with the end result.

I asked for my split ends off and face framing around the front, she started pulling my front hairs forward and proceeded to cut across leaving me a fringe, then tried cutting at an angel either side… no apologise she told me to shhh, I then had to ask someone else to correct it. Wouldn’t recommend . Very rude no hi how are you just dragged my hair around, didn’t even ask do u like it she said done and pulled the apron off.
