Pretty poor costumers service, I arrived late at my appointment, after calling and letting the reception know that I was running late, when I got there the receptionist was pretty rude and not much welcoming.
I really appreciate that my hair stylist, Michael, was very welcoming and put me at ease. he took his time working on my hair cut, and did a great job!If it wasn’t for him I would have not have a good experience at the saloon. Thank you Michael!

Michael was brilliant. He did a great job with my hair. He listened to what I wanted and explained everything every step of the way. The new location is also great. Very nice, open and clean. Will be going back.
