I was recommended to the salon by a friend and could not be more pleased. I accidentally booked for the wrong treatment and Serena made time in her day to complete the treatment I wanted. She gave fantastic visual representation of the colour she was aiming for and kept me involved throughout the process. I will be returning very soon!
Ladies' Full Head Colouring
I didnt get a treatment I asked for. I was supossed to have blonde coloring and instead I ended up with yellow hair.

Anita was brilliant and talked through my cut in a thorough way that I really appreciated! Just what I wanted, really happy with the cut. The only thing I would say is the appointment only took 30 mins when it was meant to take around 45/50.

Without a shadow of a doubt my favourite salon in the UK, they are just so darn talented, an impressive mix of pathos and care.
This branch is smaller and more nimble than the others, but it has a really great a atmosphere, super good vibes.

They tried to cancel my appointment on my way over as they were running behind. When I arrived they almost seemed annoyed I was there and they were having to stay to do my hair. The stylist rushed doing my hair and didn’t leave my foils on very long, the result was a yellow strip at the front of my hair. I had to ask her to re-bleach it which she wasn’t happy about. Then end result was ok but not really what I had asked for.
