Feels like a conversation that should have happened beforehand. “long” “extra long” “medium” etc aren’t specific units of measure hence a conversation before to come an agreement is probably the better way to go about this, unhelpful to bring this up after the haircut where we can no longer actually check. The actual haircut was good.
I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. While the haircut itself turned out fine, the overall experience was not good. The salon was not clean — the chair was still covered in hair from the previous client. I understand that some loose hair is normal in a salon, but this was far beyond what I would expect.
Additionally, the brushes were full of hair and didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly, which made the experience feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
