My haircut in the end looked good and was what I wanted. But I didn’t think the salon had the best atmosphere and was disappointed when I had my hair washed- was a bit uncomfortable and she was a bit rough. I don’t think I would come back again although the haircut was good. I had a treatwell last minute deal to pay £41, if I had paid the normal £60+ I would have been more disappointed.

Wow wow a truly incredible hairdressers in prime London real estate. The value is second to none and the skill level of the stylist I had was off the charts. Am booking again for my balayage!

Called me last minute to change branch to Soho as the stylist at Ox.St. could no longer see me.Team at Soho had no knowledge of this.Luckily they could see me.Even though I told the stylist what I wanted, he cut my hair much shorter, put my parting on the opposite side to what I said and curled my hair, even though I wanted it blowdried straight.When I was clearly disappointed with the final look, he said, ‘you’ll learn to like it’. I wasn’t offered a drink, but saw that other people had been.
