The color wich I received is different for what I asked, it’s look like was done in rush and could be because during my appointment he had another client and I was passed from a hair dresser to other.
Ladies' Half Head Highlights
The lady at the reception was nice but this was a substandard experience. The conditioning treatment lasted only a couple of minutes and I highly doubt it even had time to work. The service was cold and impersonal - I was booked in for an hour but I was out within 35 minutes so there really was time to allow the conditioning treatment to sit on my hair for at least 5/10 minutes. No serums or hairsprays were used.
