Serena was wonderful, friendly, chatty and a fabulous hairdresser.
Unfortunately my experience is not to do with Serena’s hairdressing skills but the fact that she kept leaving me whilst colouring or styling my hair to take payments from other clients, to answer the many phone calls, to make bookings on the computer or make bookings for walk in clients.
This was all because the receptionist had taken a day off, the salon owner was helping run reception earlier in the morning but then left.

Extremely impressed with this stunning posh salon right bang in the middle of the very centre of London. Loved what they did to my colour, it was my first balayage and have been getting compliments ever since I left their doors!
