The hairdressers were very late for our appointment. Apparently they were at a shooting beforehand. We were promised a small compensation for our time but that never came.

This is the second visit for my daughter. Her haircut was uneven like she cut her own hair. As soon as she came out from Gusto, I brought her to Daniel Galvin @ Selfridges, showed her hair to the staff and got an appointment for them to fix her hair and spend a whole lot more money
First visit, had 3 bookings for son, daughter and a friend. The hairdressers were late we waited for half hour and were promised £20 compensation to be sent via PayPal but all only promises. No more for us.

On arriving at the salon the stylist who should have been doing my hair called the salon to advise he was running late. Lucky Anita was free so stepped in, the stylist I was booked in with actually arrived as I left.
The booking should have included a hair mask which was not given. Anita did a good job listening to what I wanted but ultimately the disappointment in not getting the full service and in the absent stylist is reflected in my review.

Michael was fantastic. Very meticulous haircut, I'm very happy. He explained everything and made sure he understood what I wanted well, but also gave me his opinion without being pushy at all. Such a nice and calming presence as well.
