Didn’t listen to what I wanted and then blamed my hair for being thin! I could of done a better job as I came out with frizzy and static hair and not a volume and curly blow dry.

Haircut was alright nothing special however, the blowout was disappointing. The roots of my hair was damp. Pretty poor customer service there was loads of whispering on my arrival. The process was rushed and not welcoming. Overall it was one of the worst experiences ever.
