Anisa (usually at the Soho branch) was at Gusto Bond Street on the particular day I had my hair done. It was an excellent (if a bit long) experience from start to finish and I felt fabulous walking out at the end of my appointment with freshly highlighted and cut hair. I highly recommend Gusto. I have been a loyal customer for about 8 years and don’t choose anywhere else!

Overall the place was okay, the lady didn’t put much attention and didn’t even check if the hair was cut evenly after drying the hair. Was not gentle at all when washing/drying hair.
