I’m not satisfied with the colour. She warned me it could be a bit brighter on the bottom but I got two completely different colours. In addition the colour I chose was supposed to come out brown, instead on the top part it has red reflections. I opted for a rough dry and because of that she didn’t even finish drying my hair properly.

Michael was very skilled and a real professional. He did what I exactly asked him to do and his recommendations were also spot on. I’ll be back for a haircut and a blow dry soon.
