I booked and paid the highest price for extra long hair via Treatwell. At the salon it was confirmed, but mid-haircut I was asked to pay extra. Only withdrawn when I objected. Service felt rushed and the salon is cramped with just two wash basins.

Rosa always does a great job blow drying my hair. She really takes care and I’m delighted with the finish. Amazing value for Central London. I’ve paid nearly three times the price at other salons nearby and not been nearly as happy with the result.
