Rosa tried to give me what I needed as a blow-dry, but I think the language was a communication gap. She did try her best to be fair to her, but it needed it to be rectified by another stylist, who understood what I wanted. The stylist to do the touch-up was provided by the helpful receptionist Sia, who tried her best ensure that I left fully satisfied, which I did.
