I only came in for a blow dry. Zeina did not listen to/understand what I asked for (smooth through the lengths with a relaxed curl at the end) or seem able to achieve this when I corrected her - first when one side was poker straight, abs then when she re-did this as ringlets.

Loved my hair, I was so happy with the result! I always get nervous getting a trim but Seham listened to exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be back.
