Completely satisfied with the hair cut

Really nice hairdresser, but I’m afraid I couldn’t help comparing to my usual stylist. Firstly my usual stylist takes the full 45 minutes for my appointment, whilst the girl did the appointment in less than 30 minutes including a wash! No offer of a scalp massage either which was a bit disappointing. The cut was ok, but I would’ve liked more cut (my fault, should’ve specified) but now I feel I have to go back sooner than planned as it’s just too thick already at this stage.

Mich was friendly from the start, really listened when I explained what I wanted. Having looked at my hair Mich made suggestions to achieve what I wanted. Explained everything all through the process and great to talk to. I walked out with one of the best haircuts I've had in years! Mich is a great credit to your team!
