The experience overall was good but after deciding the length to cut my hair, it was cut shorter than agreed.

This was the best hairdressing appointment I've ever had! Becci listened to what I wanted and not only did she cut my hair exactly Iike I requested, but she also gave me tips throughout the session. She was interested in showing me how to take care of my hair properly without trying to sell me anything, and I asked her questions as well. She was really helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend this place and I will hopefully come back in the future!
