Had an issue with 2 nails chipping soon after application. The staff were apologetic and a fix was arranged without any fuss. Will be going back as first application was perfect and lasted ages so happy to try again. I really like lulia’s attitude towards maintaining healthy nails and not rushing/ cutting corners. Hopefully my next visit will be as faultless as the first
