The therapist (Faj) was great - she talked me through everything and gave me advice when I needed it. She did an excellent job on my eyebrows! And she was really friendly and kind.
The only thing I would suggest to improve is the description of the treatments on the booking site - I hadn’t been to a salon before and actually wasn’t 100% sure what I’d booked until I arrived!
