The staff were really lovely, very welcoming and even offered wine. The wax room itself was a bit small and untidy, could do with a clean. The wax was good but a few hairs missed. Overall a good experience though.
Hollywood Waxing
The wax itself was fine, as lycon is generally closest thing to pain free, however the staff was questionable. I got asked the same three questions twice during my 10min wax..like it shouldn't be hard to listen to your client in front of you. Then when I left, I got a call 10mins after asking where I was, and I said that I had already gone in for the wax - they thought I was late and wondering where I was...?? So that seemed really disorganised. The renovations they are about to do though looks good - just get your staff to be a bit more attentive.

Really well done and painless waxing maybe could be bit more precise but in general I happy and can recommend to anyone

The parlour is lovely and cleaner. Really quick service and friendly staff. The threading was really good and would recommend.
Facial Threading
