The pedicurist was lovely, however my appointment didn't start until almost 15 min after it was supposed to. The chairs were really awkward and felt very upright despite the pillow. I would go back for mani but not again for pedi due to the uncomfortable seating.
Overall pedicure itself was good.

The lady doing nails was warm and chatty and did a great job softening my feet and painting the nails well.
The venue didn't have music in the basement where sinks are, that's kind of lacks atmosphere on a quiet day.
Happy with the products used.
