My beautician was incredibly friendly, sweet and fun to talk to for an hour. However, the cuticles were pushed back without being softened in warm water first, although perhaps this is the method they use. The shape was perfect, and the polish well applied. Overall the venue could be a little bit cleaner but the early opening time makes up for a lot.

Very good. I have been to 3 different places in London. No one was as thorough as Shamil. She uses the oil based was that requires no strips. Quite pain free. Easy going experience, chatty staff and friendly atmosphere. Formally introduced herself. I feel she is really proud of her business.
