Staff very friendly, the upstairs was decorated very well, however the downstairs therapy room was far from that. The therapist was great, the wax used seemed cheap and didn't work well, would not like to use this wax again.
Ladies' Waxing
I was initially pleased with the wax, and the therapist was very friendly, however days later it was very itchy and had a lot of ingrown hairs. Perfumed facial wipes were left on the bed to use, which were not ideal and gave me problems later... The floor was covered in green wax and I ended up leaving with wax on my socks which were stuck to my shoes, this wasn't ideal. The room was not very clean which I was disappointed with. I don't think the brand of wax was very good.

The manicure was really good, the nail varnish stayed on for 3 weeks without chipping, very impressed! Unknown brand of nail varnish but was top quality.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. And the prices were quite reasonable for central London. I would definitely return for another treatment.
Brazilian Waxing
Perfect location near to my office. I had the best wax and the beautician was so thorough and just super. Will definitely be going back!
