So so good!!! I really recommend this place. The massage hurt a lot at times, but that’s because it specifically catered to my needs as I play sports and have knots everywhere. It was reassuring that I was constantly asked if the pressure was good for me, as sometimes I’m too shy to say anything. It really was a fab massage - I feel great and light as a feather now! Will definitely be booking myself in again soon.

The treatment area at Gym72 is modern and relaxing. The team are professional and really helpful. All the treatments I have had there have been really effective and I would recommend anyone to try them. By providing personal training and treatment the gym provides a truly end to end service
