Overall it was satisfactory - very quick and relatively painless. However, after leaving I noticed there was still a fair few hairs left which shouldn’t have been! I will still go back but just check it before leaving to make sure it is thorough.

Bruna is definitely very experienced and understands how to make your wax as painless as possible and I experienced no irritation afterwards. Highly recommended! Also, if you have a bit more flexibility in your schedule, she charges much less for walk-in appointments.
