Really pleased with the haircut and service

Very competent cut and beard trim. I had expected a different experience for the hot towel shave: the stylist was clearly not prepared for this booking and the towel warmer had to be switched on after my wet shave. For a pre-booked appointment I expected a slightly more professional welcome from the salon.
