Worst haircut of my life! I asked for a shoulder length bob and even had reference pictures and I somehow ended up with something that looks like an apple. My scalp hurt from how hot the blow dryer was which she would point at one spot too long without moving it. My hair smelled burnt for days after my haircut. £40 for a horrible experience and a haircut I have to endure for months
