Really listened to what I wanted and helped me decide on hair colour, best balayage I’ve had!

I booked a full head highlights and haircut. The highlights are lovely and just what I asked for, however in between the colour and cut the hairdresser went out for around 25 mins. When she got back the haircut felt rushed, especially when the next customer arrived.
