Hair Colouring
My appointment was cancelled an hour before. When picking up the message and calling back the salon the staff did apologise but were very blunt and didn't offer to reschedule. It felt like they weren't interested in giving me a good service, so I won't be going back. I assume cleanliness, value and the treatment itself would have been fine .
