I arrived early, was made a coffee then taken upstairs. Marta was lovely, done a wonderful job on my hands and damaged nails. Pedicure by violet was wonderful, very relaxing and i came out feeling tip top. Loved the set out and friendly staff. Will be going back for sure

The salon was clean and tidy with welcoming staff. However, after sitting down in the consultation chair it became clear that communication was an issue. I explained that I wanted blonde ombre dip dye and showed a picture. The hairdresser kept saying I wanted it like hers, which I kept repeating I did not. I showed the photo twice more syaing this is what I would like. Nevertheless, she proceeded to put foils in my hair. I stated I wanted ombre dip-dye and not ombre highlights and she insisted that was what I was going to get. She proceeded to harshly backcomb my hair in places (I have never experienced that before) which hurt a lot! About half-way through putting the foils on I told her she was going to high with them as I do not want blonde n the top half of my head, again she said she wasn't. During this she was speaking to fellow colleagues in a different language and barely spoke to me. I felt very alienated and felt like they were talking about me.
Once I had my hair washed and dried I could tell she hadn't done what I had asked and had proceeded to dye my hair like hers, which was not what I had asked and repeatedly told her that! During my hair cut she lacked communication and did not pay attention to what I wanted again. I was left with a colour and cut I did not want due to the ignorance of listening to me and paying attention to the pictures I showed. I will not be returning to this salon nor recommending to anyone. To have a name of L'Oreal next to them does not feel good for the service I received!! Not happy.

Marta was really nice and made me feel so relaxed and allowed me to enjoy my experience. Would definitely come back!

I liked the staff was very friendly. It will be a good idea if they just give better details of what are they doing on the services offering.
