I was running late so I rang and informed them, staff were very patient. Always love my eyebrow shape a tint from here and when I get a hair cut my hair is so soft afterwards

The salon really surpassed my expectations, being located in Hyson Green I was sceptical but as soon as you step through the doors it was like entering a different world! I was greeted by lovely, smiley Martha who did my massage for me. The salon itself is modern, stylish and very clean and the massage room was very relaxing. Martha was very respectful of my privacy and made me feel very comfortable throughout. The massage was excellent, exactly what I needed to loosen up and very professional. The only reason I have 1 less start for ambience is because you could hate people talking and walking in the corridors and doors opening and closing occasionally, though I appreciate this may not be something they can change it was slightly distracting. Overall a lovely, friendly atmosphere and a great massage, I will certainly be back, thank you!

Ladies' Haircuts
Absolutely loved the staff they were really friendly and provided me with lots of tea! I asked for balayage but my hairdresser didn't understand what I wanted so basically just gave me highlights starting a little bit away from my roots... I'm not unhappy with my hair though, because it's very natural but just isn't balayage. Some of the staff seem to understand English better than others, but they were all lovely.
