I'm so pleased with my cut - it's exactly how I wanted it, and I had a lovely experience as well. She took time washing my hair and gave me a amaaaazing head massage as she was doing it. I also had a complimentary drunk which came with biscuits - if that's not a winner then I don't know what is.
I would just say to check the address before going because I nearly went to the wrong Radford road!

Great experience. The attention to detail on my hair cut was amazing, she really took the time to make sure it was perfect.
My eyebrows have also been transformed. Again Wiola took her time to ensure both eyebrows matched and that I was happy with the shape and colour.
I was surprised by the little garden/seating area at the back of the premises - I wish I was asked if I wanted to sit out there while waiting between treatments as it seems like a nice area to sit in.

I was welcomed , sat down and brought over to the washing area within 5 mins , when I was sat down, I Wasn't really told what they were doing, if they were shampooing, conditioning or putting a treatment on my hair ,the ladies spoke in their own language to each other, having a full conversation to each other all the way through the shampooing which was a bit intimidating.
Service was quick and efficient and really good value for money .

This place is a little gem hidden in this area; the staff is always very polite. I haven't been to any other place since having my haircut with Monica. Well done girls, you all are superb.
