I was welcomed , sat down and brought over to the washing area within 5 mins , when I was sat down, I Wasn't really told what they were doing, if they were shampooing, conditioning or putting a treatment on my hair ,the ladies spoke in their own language to each other, having a full conversation to each other all the way through the shampooing which was a bit intimidating.
Service was quick and efficient and really good value for money .

Really good service! Staff are very friendly and considerate. Offered me a drink on arrival and also orange-infused water after my treatment. Massage itself was relaxing and the treatment room was very calm and quiet.
