The venue had a strong smell which hurt my throat and was very uncomfortable. The smell seemed to be from the utensils in bright blue disinfectant open glasses on each desk in the venue. The pedicure seat with the foot bath under the seat was very uncomfortable and didn't fit my feet comfortably. I was asked if I was pregnant, I'm not but was sincerely apologised too. The service was late and not great. Venue not relaxing.
